If the product being exchanged is of greater value than the product you are requesting (i.e. you are exchanging your item for something cheaper), Ndbesttrade.com will assist in ordering the new item using the funds from the initial purchase. The difference will be refunded to the customer or used to purchase another products.
If the product being exchanged is of lesser value than the product you are requesting (i.e. you are exchanging your item for something more expensive), Ndbesttrade.com will assist you in ordering the new item and customer will pay the difference via our payment methods.

- Customers will be able to return digital products within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement, exchange. Please note that this refund will only take place if a product cannot be replaced or exchanged.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging, with accessories and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
- After 48 hours from date of receipt of product, no refunds/returns/exchanges are covered by Ndbesttrade.com. Should the buyer be dissatisfied with the product for any reason and the time frame for returns has elapsed, Customer can still contact Ndbesttrade.com to help in any way. If the product has a manufacturer’s warranty that is still active after the return time frame has elapsed,
- Customers will not be able to return non-digital products for only an exchange but customer can still contact Ndbesttrade.com to help in any way and Ndbesttrade.com will contact the seller/manufacturer directly and Ndbesttrade.com will give the buyer a feedback.
Exceptions:
The following are not eligible for return or replacement:- Items with broken package seals;
- Damages due to misuse of product;
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed;
- Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
- Any damages/defects which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;
